What data we collect

This website does not send any data to our own server. The “Book direct” form prepares a message that you send yourself with WhatsApp from your phone. The availability form opens the property's page on Booking.com.

We only receive the details you send us by WhatsApp, phone or email: name, contact details, dates of stay, number of guests and any requests.

Why we use it

• To reply to your request and manage your booking (Art. 6(1)(b) of EU Regulation 2016/679, GDPR).
• To meet the legal obligations of accommodation providers, such as reporting guests' identity details to the police authorities (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Your data is never sold or used for advertising.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to handle your request and stay, and then for the period required by law.

External services

The site links to WhatsApp, Booking.com, Tripadvisor and Google Maps. When you open them, their own privacy policies apply.

The Spotify music player only loads if you press the music button. From then on Spotify may use its own cookies.

Cookies

The site uses no profiling cookies and no analytics tools. The hosting provider logs technical visit data, such as IP address and time, for server security.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its use or object to its processing (Arts. 15–22 GDPR). Just write to info@albachiarabb.it. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
